Honeybees Imaging
Summary
We are studying the biodiversity of honeybees (apis mellifera) colonies through external biomarkers using image analysis techniques. The first part of the project is to setup a protocol to annotate automatically the honeycombs (presence of male, female, parasites, honey, pollen, etc...). The goal of the project is to study the eco-environment on the development of endemic honeybee colonies on a given territory.
